BETA/NATION is a civic simulation experiment. It does not provide legal advice and it does not represent government policy. All simulations are speculative AI model outputs — use them as thinking prompts, not as the basis for decisions.

You keep ownership of your proposals and comments. By publishing them on the site you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, translate, aggregate and include them in simulations for as long as they remain published.

Do not submit unlawful content, other people's personal data, spam, harassment, or impersonate anyone. Do not use the site in ways that harm its availability or bypass technical controls.

We may hide, remove, or block content and accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Moderation may be performed by humans and by automated tools.

We may update these terms over time. When we make material changes we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent. You can choose whether your proposals are deleted with the account or kept public with your author name removed.
